Congratulations to our own Lesley Kratz, Special Advisor to the Maricopa County Assessor, Keith E. Russell, MAI.

On Wednesday, December 15, 2010, Lesley was recognized by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for her suggestion to revise the format of the Assessor’s annual Notice of Valuation mailer.

Instead of a 8½ x 14 legal size document with inserts which needed to be folded and stuffed into envelopes; Lesley suggested creating an 8½ x 11, four-fold, post card size mailer which does not require an envelope. Once implemented, this redesign resulted in a significant savings to the County on paper, printing, envelopes and stuffing costs which earned Lesley this prestigious award!
