| Beau Boisvert was promoted to Chief Appraiser
in December 2011. Beau began his appraisal career with Yavapai
County in 1995 where he worked his way up from a Clerk to an Appraiser
and then to Office Manager and Land Supervisor. He received his
Level II Certification from the Arizona Department of Revenue
in March 1998. Beau joined the Maricopa County Assessor’s
CAMA Division in September of 2005 and was transferred to the
Land Division in November of that same year. Shortly after, Beau
accepted the Land Supervisor position and was also placed in charge
of the Agricultural Division. In July of 2007, both the agricultural
and sales division were combined into the Land Division. Beau’s
hard work and dedication led him to be promoted to Manager, Land/AG
Division in February 2008 and eventually led him to his current
position as Chief Appraiser.
Beau attended high school in the Phoenix area
and graduated from Southwestern College in 1985. He has coached
soccer since 1991 for the American Youth Soccer Organization as
well as the Yavapai Club Soccer Association. He was also the JV
Men’s Soccer coach and Assistant Varsity Men’s Soccer
coach at Prescott High School from 2002 - 2004. In addition, Beau
co-authored training materials which are being used throughout
the nation to train soccer coaches. Beau has sat on a number of
non-profit boards over the years and in January 2008, after an
extensive interview process, Beau was made a member of Cambridge
University’s “Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals”;
a very prestigious honor!
Beau and his wife Suzanne reside in Maricopa
County and together they have four grown children, and two grandchildren.
His daughter graduated from college and his son and step-son are
currently attending college. He also has a step-son actively serving
in the Arizona National Guard overseas.
