Thomas Rief, has over 21 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of real estate, land use and development. Tom has owned his own small business, been a partner in a land development company, consulted in a national law firm, and managed a critical unit for the City of Scottsdale.

Tom has a strong devotion to public service and a desire to be a “bridge” between the community and government. Tom holds a BS in Architectural Planning and Urban Design from ASU, is a member of the American Planning Association (APA) and International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).

Tom and his wife Terry are parents to two active girls, Amanda and Alyssa. They live in Scottsdale.
