| Uwe Hohoff began his technical
appraisal career with the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency
in 1996. In 2000, Uwe was hired as a Regression Modeler with the
Maricopa County Assessor's CAMA Division and was promptly promoted
to Sr. Regression Modeler and worked his way up to Chief Modeler
of this division.
In addition to working with Maricopa County,
Uwe continues to consult for Thimgan & Associates, an ad valorem
valuation consulting company, where he has co-authored and instructs
SPSS Appraisal Modeling courses.
