Lesley Kratz is a key member of the Assessor’s leadership team. She started with the Assessor's office in 1990 as a programmer/analyst and was responsible for creating business requirements to develop a new computer application. She has been instrumental in the development of the award winning Maricopa County Assessor’s webpage. She also directed the establishment of a new permitting system that allows all 26 jurisdictions within the county to transmit their building permits electronically. Currently, Lesley provides special reports and reviews to the Assessor and provides information to all levels of government, as well as the business community, regarding tax rates and net assessed valuations.

Lesley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1987 from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She is an avid Colts and Boilermaker fan and enjoys golfing in her spare time.
