Tim Holland joined the Assessor’s
Office in 1994 and has served in a number of capacities including:
new construction manager, area supervisor, and as a member of
the Statutorily Appraised Properties (SAP) team. He is Level II
certified through the Arizona Department of Revenue. Prior to
joining the Assessor’s Office, he was an independent fee
appraiser and was certified through the Arizona Board of Appraisal
as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. |
