2009 Supplemental
Notice of Valuation

Supplemental notices were mailed by the Assessor's Office for
the 2009 Notice of Valuation. This is an on-going process within the office to
ensure all of our information is fair and accurate. Arizona Revised Statute
42-15101 requires all Notice of Valuations to be mailed before March 1st and
provides the property owner 60 days to file an appeal based on the Notice date.
As a result, the appeal deadlines have been adjusted accordingly.
