On September 22, 2011, immediately following the 77th Annual IAAO Conference on Assessement Administration held here in Phoenix, Arizona, the Maricopa County Assessor's, Real Property Managers presented a valuation workshop to the IAAO Chinese Delegation. This presentation was an introduction to how we value property in our Nation's fourth largest county.
