Assessor Paul D. Petersen

Maricopa County Assessor's Office

The Maricopa County Assessor's Office now offers electronic notices, eNotices, for your Notice of Valuation.

This service is easy to use, convenient, provides archives, and it will save the County and its taxpayers money by reducing printing and postage costs! Our eNotices Service is completely optional. You will only receive eNotices if you request the service through our vendor, Master's Touch LLC.

Enjoy our video introduction.

  5. You will soon receive an email with instructions to complete the registration. You'll click on a link in the email to validate your email address. (If you do not receive an eNotices email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.)

If you have more than one authorization code, please log into your account and go to My Account \ New Authorization Code to enter the additional codes. You will then see all of your notices through a single account. If you have already signed up for eNotices with another Maricopa County office, such as the Treasurer, you can log into your current account and add Assessor eNotice service with your authorization code.
