Data Downloads provides public access to property and assessment data from the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office. Available data includes property details, assessed values, and related information.
No. All data files available on the Data Downloads page are free to download.

You can download a variety of property-related datasets, including:

  • Residential property data
  • Commercial property data
  • Apartment property data
  • Property sales records
  • Personal Property data
  • Land and subdivision information
  • Rental Registration data
  • Notices of Value and Notices of Change

No. If the data you need is already available on the Data Downloads page, you may download it directly without submitting a request form.

A request form is required only if you are submitting a formal public records request.

  1. Download and complete the Non-Commercial Purpose Public Record Request or the Commercial Purpose Public Record Request form.

No. The County does not guarantee that the data is complete, accurate, or up to date. All data is provided "as is."
No. Parcel maps are provided for reference purposes only and should not be used as legal documents or official surveys.
Users are responsible for how the data is accessed, used, shared, or modified.
Some datasets include multiple date or year fields. Make sure you are filtering the correct field, such as sale date, tax year, notice year, or effective year. Also check when the dataset was last updated.
Some public data files contain a large number of records. Large files may require more advanced software or additional time to open and filter.
The office can provide general guidance about which publicly available dataset may contain certain information. The office does not provide custom spreadsheet formatting, data conversion, software training, or individualized analysis.
Try using software designed for large CSV, TXT, database, or GIS files. You may need technical assistance from someone familiar with large datasets.
