  • Secured Master

    This includes detailed information regarding the parcel including owner, property address, legal description, legal classification, valuations, etc.

  • Sales Affidavits

    Contains sales data from Sales Affidavits recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office, includes parcel number, grantor, grantee, sales date, and sales price.

  • Personal Property

    Contains business personal property data, including name of business, location of business and valuation.

  • Apartment Master

    Contains specific information regarding apartments including duplex, triplex, and four-flex properties, includes parcel number, number of units, complex name with associated information.

  • Commercial Master Base

    All detailed commercial component information used to calculate values (i.e. Square Footage, construction year, type of building, etc.).

    Contains parcels scheduled to receive an Annual Valuation Notice. Includes the parcel number, owner name, and value.

No. All data files available on the Data Downloads page are free to download.

You can download a variety of property-related datasets, including:

No. If the data you need is already available on the Data Downloads page, you may download it directly without submitting a request form.

A request form is required only if you are submitting a formal public records request.

No. The County does not guarantee that the data is complete, accurate, or up to date. All data is provided "as is."
No. Parcel maps are provided for reference purposes only and should not be used as legal documents or official surveys.
Users are responsible for how the data is accessed, used, shared, or modified.
Some datasets include multiple date or year fields. Make sure you are filtering the correct field, such as sale date, tax year, notice year, or effective year. Also check when the dataset was last updated.
Some public data files contain a large number of records. Large files may require more advanced software or additional time to open and filter.
The office can provide general guidance about which publicly available dataset may contain certain information. The office does not provide custom spreadsheet formatting, data conversion, software training, or individualized analysis.
